Illuminate Engineering Issues

Illuminate is currently having issues. Please see below for the update provided by Illuminate:

The Engineering team has been notified that a service interruption to Google's Cloud Platform has impacted Illuminate's DnA, EduClimber, and SchoolCity applications. This interruption is currently affecting other companies across the globe that use Google for cloud storage and applications. We are waiting for Google's team to resolve the issue and will post an update as soon as they have resolved

Phone Service Outage – District-Wide (RESOLVED)

 Please be advised that the District-wide phone service outage has been successfully resolved. While working with AT&T, we identified a port configuration change that remediate the intermittent degradation of phone call quality.

Phone Service Outage – District Wide (UPDATE)

Please be advised of the following Phone Service update. The fiber line that provides phone service for the District was repaired by AT&T last night at 9:30 PM. Incoming and external phone calls are successfully being completed but we are still working with AT&T to resolve possible intermittent degradation in phone call quality.

Phone Service Outage – District-Wide (UPDATE)

Please be advised of the following Phone Service update. AT&T discovered there was a fiber break 600 feet away on one of the two lines that provides phone service for the District. The other service line is not damaged but producing errors on associated network equipment. After troubleshooting hardware and configuration, incoming and external phone calls are successfully being completed but we are still intermittently experiencing a degradation

 Please be advised that we are experiencing a District-wide phone service outage. Incoming and external phone calls are not being completed successfully. Some calls have been able to reach external numbers but encounter static and voice distortion. Please be advised that the District-wide phone service outage has been successfully resolved. Working with AT&T we were able to troubleshoot and reinstitute phone services. Incoming and external phone calls capabilities have been restored.
