Creating a new trouble ticket

To create a new trouble ticket visit Log in with your OUSD username and password.


Once logged in you can click on "Submit a Ticket". Since you are logged in, the helpdesk software knows your name and email address.


Select which site you are at and click Next.


Select a priority and fill in the ticket subject and body and click submit.
